I would like to give this place five stars, but I can't have my order many times messed up today they gave me an employment, because I said I wanted to say churrasco that steak and churrasco are the same they don't go any further because the next pollo tropical but very disappointed by service
This is the best Pollo Tropical I've been to! I visit at least 2-3 times a week, and the chicken is usually juicy and flavorful. They maintain a great consistency with their food, and the service is generally quite good. The drive-thru can sometimes have a wait, but it's definitely worth it!
I had an excellent experience with the service, and everything was quick. However, I'd like to suggest that they consider hiring bilingual staff who speak both Spanish and English. I ordered a Cuban pork sandwich, but I ended up receiving chicken instead.
The staff is very competent and serves meals exactly as requested, without any issues. The food is fresh and well-cooked. We order from the family menu most Sundays, and it's very affordable! Enjoy!
