eating was excellent as usual. had a problem with our order than the young lady who ordered it in something different from what my man ordered. we waited for over 20 minutes before we got it. my man was not happy, but we didn't want to wait 20 minutes. almost all others had to be back and their orders corrected. we were almost ready to eat when the manager came and asked how it was. we told him that eating was excellent, but they must work out the problems they have with the ordering and preparation of food. he told us it was not an excuse, but everyone who works there is new and only half-trained. he himself has been there for 2 weeks and they try to fix it. then he gave my man a hunch to m...
only 30 minutes waiting for my order. watch person after person before I return to the counter with a bad order. my order was surfing and turf trio, they gave me shrimp creoles. it would be a hard night. manager came out to ask everyone how it was, he even offered to do it right. great customer service when everything was said and done. eating was excellent as always. the people who eat in everything seem to be okay. great!
It comes across as a fast food joint. but I think the prices are a bit high...I tried the pork and chicken combo. Pork was good, chicken was very plain. best with one of there dipping sauces to give it some flavor. could be a nice change from other fast food joints, but I certainly wont go out of my for it
