Maybe this place caters to locals who know what to order; I got what I thought would be a whole broiled fish, but it was breaded and fried and not what i was expecting, especially since they offer breaded, fried fish on the menu, i was surprised when mine came out the same way. They have a number of dishes described as spaghetti with different protein choices, but it was like weird, unsettling lo mein. I visited this restaurant for the first time yesterday, on a Sunday, and I ordered ceviche with shrimp and BBQ chicken with salad. While the meal comes with rice, I opted for the salad instead. They serve generous portions; I ate half and saved the rest for later. The service was good, and the atmosphere was pleasant. The place may not look like much from the outside, but the food is truly delicious. It's definitely a hidden gem. There's also a parking lot conveniently located right next to the restaurant.
¡Que Buenisimo! This place is amazing, the portions are huge, the flavor is huge, the purple corn drink is REALLY GOOD! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. The food is too bad, it's not what it was before, the seafood soup doesn't taste like anything, they only add small obio shrimp, squid, and two other pieces of octopus that are barely visible, it was missing clams, crabs and it was a seafood soup, Attention, the owners do not act crazy so as not to lose what is left of what was a good restaurant.
I've had a frustrating experience with my takeout orders. Each time I've picked up my chicken, it's been jet black, dried out, and clearly left over from the day before, merely reheated. If I ever decide to go back for takeout, I will definitely check my order before leaving. The price is outrageous—$26 for a small chicken!
The truth is, a terrible experience, the Grilled Chicken doesn't have that characteristic flavor? It's anything but that and it was dry and not to mention the chili, very watery and lacking saltTerrible experience for its very expensive price.
