We visited Maro's in Florida, and I have to say that I wasn't fond of the staff's attitude at the Woodhaven location. However, I really liked Hempstead. The parking there is spacious, and the customer service was great. The waitresses were friendly, and the male waiters were very professional. The food reminded me of what you'd find in Europe. It was nice to see old friends at the Florida location.
I have been living in Nassau County since 1987 and have been going to Pollos Mario restaurant since it opened back in 2004. I could tell you I have never seen the type of friendly and professional service that is given by the employees, the place is spotless clean and the food is 10 out of 10 just excellent. my compliments to management who made this my favorite restaurant year after year.

Been going here for years. Used to be a 5 star in my opinion but service has definitely decreased ever since covid. At least the food still tastes great.
This is an excellent restaurant with fantastic food! I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys Spanish cuisine.
