I really enjoy the food and the atmosphere at this restaurant, but my last three experiences trying to get a meal have been incredibly frustrating. The first time, we waited at a table for over half an hour without any acknowledgement, so we ended up heading next door to Don Jose, where we had drinks and our food order in within five minutes. The second time, I tried to place a to-go order but after three attempts to get through on the phone, I decided to go elsewhere. Tonight, July 23rd, I called to order wings to-go and was told it would take over an hour! This is absolutely outrageous. I loved the food at this location, but unfortunately, I haven't been able to visit the new place yet because there simply isn't enough parking available. I attempted to go on a Wednesday at 8:30 PM, and there wasn't a single parking spot to be found, so I ended up going to Don Jose instead. This was actually my third attempt to visit the new location. I couldn’t find parking on opening weekend, which is understandable, but I also tried again when the restaurant closed for two weeks less than a month after opening. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but it's frustrating when it's so challenging to even have the chance to try the restaurant.
Outstanding! Very clean restaurant, great atmosphere with barn doors and stone accents, delicious fare, and very attentive, friendly service. I thoroughly enjoyed a pear and pistachio salad with grilled chicken. My salad was filled with delicious greens, dried cherries, pistachios, grapes, and gorgonzola cheese. It was huge! My mother enjoyed a Philly Cheesestrak and it was large enough for two meals. Tender and juicy steak on delicious Italian bread, and cheese, of course. Our server was thorough, friendly, and attentive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND POLOS!

Party: I did my daughters baby shower there and the staff was very attentive, to all at the shower. Appetizers were amazing. Food and desserts where all amazing and Fresh. The atmosphere was awesome. If you’re ever looking for a party place to go. It’s a very nice quaint place to go for a nice get together for birthday bridal shower, baby shower.retirement party. The hostess and staff are always respectful and attentive. We love Polo’s.
We recently held our son's graduation party at this restaurant, and it was a huge success. The food was exceptional, truly out of this world. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ready to assist with anything we needed. Plus, the new location is stunning. Thank you once again for making our celebration so memorable!
Stopped in at the newly built location that's just around the corner from.the old location. The place looks amazing and the food is still as amazing as it was the first time I came years ago. Portion sizes are off the charts and the prices match the plates perfectly. Two thumbs up!
I visited Polo's for the first and last time. The spinach and artichoke dip was too salty and overwhelming. The chicken hot pie made me sick with food poisoning. Overall, I would rate the food a 1.
