I have been coming to this diner for 20 years. My recent dining experience was OK. However, I went to order something from the bakery. A server was behind the counter and I noticed she was all in her hair and she wanted to wait on me. I asked if she had any gloves. They were scouring to find some gloves. I went to speak to the manager named Louie to explain the situation, but he did not acknowledge me. However, a server was standing next to him who acknowledged my request. It was very disheartening the way I was treated by the manager. I do not plan to eat in this establishment again. P.S. They never found the gloves.
So Ponzios is not what it use to be, when it comes to portions. There were maybe 5 more fries in this plate of Fish and Chips. The Manager said well we weigh the fries. So now your rationing food. This was a child?s portion forreal! Won?t be back and it?ssad, this place has so much history, but now is a shell of what it use to be! ????
This diner was exceptional in every sense of the word. Unfortunately, I didn't get to enjoy the pastries but the food? So delicious!!! Everything was perfectly made! Our server was attentive. The place is beautiful. The bathrooms are super clean. Everyone is polite to you and smiles. There's plenty of parking. Not one complaint at all.
I dont know Cherry Hill well. Where could I go now that the CH diner is closed? I found Ponzio's on Google, and it did not disappoint. I had an excellent spinach and feta omelet, something that's oddly not easy to find where I live now. They also have a fabulous bakery case, but alas, I was too full.

Western omelet all the way! Always fresh and always delicious. Very best as it always is in a Sunday but the wait was only 15 minutes and the food is worth it. Parking: Although plenty of parking you need to check both lots. The lot to the East of the restaurant is the better choice.
The food was great. The service was outstanding. The waiter Kurtis was professional and pleasant. He never allowed our cups to empty and checked on us during our meal. He made us feel like we were the only customers in the entire restaurant. Job well dome young man. ?
Breakfast was very good, but the service by our waitress Theresa was wonderful very much appreciated by the entire family, especially her kind attention to the grand kids!
Just had a quick lunch of fried tomatoes but they were delicious. Will definitely return.
