This is so horrific. I went to the drive thru around 7pm. I used my debit card to pay for my meal . At 9pm I got a text message from my bank to say my card was declined because the pin wasn?t entered . I called my bank to find out what was going on and wastold that my card was used to placed and order for $30 off of tick tock .someone stole my card information from this Popeyes andtried to used it for their own person gain . This is so horrible. I am in shock. How can these people try to steal someone hardearn money. I called the store tried to get in contact with a manager and no one answers the phone . Please people do not useyour card at this location.
I ordered the shrimp tackle box and the honey BBQ wings. Unfortunately, the wings were dry, and it seemed like they barely added any honey BBQ sauce to them—it felt more like a light drizzle! The shrimp box was average; I think there were about 5 or 6 shrimp, but they were pretty bland. I don't think I'll be ordering this meal again. However, I might try another Popeyes location to see if there's a difference. Overall, the meals were just okay, but the service was excellent and quick!
Horrible horrible horrible. If you want to order for delivery, Uber eats, postmarked, doordash etc. DO NOT ORDER. I order my food because I didn?t have the time to pick it up. And they gave my Uber driver the wrong order without double checking thename. Now I wasted $22 and if that was the case I would?ve never ordered or just picked it up at a later time.
Today, I visited Popeyes to order two meals consisting of two pieces of chicken with fries. Unfortunately, the woman at the register was very unprofessional and sarcastic. When I asked for a grill and sweet heat sauce, she informed me that the sauce does not come with the meal and that I would have to pay extra for it.

I highly recommend anything that comes with blackened ranch or sweet heat sauce. Their chicken is fantastic, and the sides are also delicious. However, I have to say that the new mayo sandwich is not good at all—I'd advise against ordering it.
I always enjoy fresh food from this place, and the atmosphere is so welcoming. The manager and staff are really friendly and welcoming, making every visit a pleasant experience.
The chicken is overcooked and quite pricey. The customer service is good, but they often forget to include the requested flavors. Overall, I would rate the food a 4 out of 5.
