I visited this Popeyes at 11 AM and was extremely disappointed. It took 30 minutes to receive my chicken sandwich, only to find that my order was incorrect. To make matters worse, customers who arrived after me received their food before I did. I highly recommend choosing a different Popeyes location, as this one offers poor service and a subpar experience.
The food is delicious, the prices are reasonable and the service is very friendly and attentive. The food hot elegant and well maintained. An old restaurant looking exterior and interior. Needs upgrade to entice more customers but good thing they got a good crew. Descent customer service that we received. bad service. long wait in drive through lane, then no reply on when my turn, drove up to the window, no apology or make up but to told me to re-queue in line.
