This place is very low in customer service. There is language barrier among these people half of the things you say they don’t understand plus the place has a very bad atmosphere. I had a very bad experience directly with the manager She was very rude and way over the top when I humbly asked about a coupon so for myself I am not planning on coming back to this place I strongly suggest that you stay away from here.. if you want good Popeyes chicken there’s many other franchise that can offer better service and the same chicken and all together I encourage upper management to pay attention very close attention to this particular store. This was my first time and last time going to this location and I must say I was disappointed as walking in as a customer there are no order here signs as well as the staff don’t greet you to let you know that you Order at that line.. on top of that the women staff was very rude and holding conversations while getting my order prepared! Ordered 2 spicy sandwich combo meals and the sandwiches weren’t even spicy sandwiches! They weren’t even hot, lukewarm! Horrible customer service, food wasn’t good not fresh or hot, I would go to another Popeyes location, waste of money!
This was my first and will be my last, time patronizing this restaurant. Unfortunately, my $50 order was missing food; then after explaining what happened, an employee accused me of lying. Although the manager corrected it, this should NOT be how errors or complaints are handled by a business. I understand people lie and you can't make a habit of giving away free food, but if it's busy and you have too few staff to handle your busy hours, hire more people so that quality and service is consistent.
The place is filled with Indian employees who are rude to the people from the neighborhood that support their business every time I have to go there it's a problem with female employees they are super rude and I will never go back they chicken sandwiches are pre made and not fresh and lukewarm at best.

Took 20 mins to give me, a online order, because they were more worried about the people walking in the store
I had a wonderful experience with the company today. The food was served hot and was absolutely delicious.
I don't understand why they call it fast food and it's already cook, you have to wait so long in line!.
