So I went to get me a huh and what happened is the dame in register with the tattoos on her underarms is a real life karen a latino karen never thought in my life I would ever bump into one. very racist for customers and their own coworkers and they claim to themselves as manager when u ask for a .., they will show sarcasm and a bad attitude to anyone who is not hispanic. they will see! I'll never come back to see them on the register and many of my colleagues and friends will not come. either they diciplinate them or ended them.
Popeyes chicken at this Parkchester location is trash. The rice and beans had no flavor and very dry. I brought three biscuits with the meals and didn't get any biscuits at all and they had the nerve to charge me for something they forgot to put in my bag. They gave me a whole lot of jelly packets and no damn biscuits. Never spending my money or my time in that location ever again andIhad to wait a long time for my food.The Manhattan location by the Port Authority is the bomb

I've had a very bad experience here.I ordered a 8 price, I asked them if they could give me 2 Breast, 2 legs, 2 wings, 2 Drums, (The laat time i was there i got 3 legs,2 small wings 1 Brest. Now the casher charged me per peice.And to top it off when I got home they was a wing shy.(7 peice and the chicken was bland no color, the breading was more tan then golden..IT WAS A ALL AROUND BAD EXPERIENCE FOR THE 2ND TIME.Look befor you leap into this POPEYES.

I first placed an order at the Burger King side of the restaurant, and then at the Popeye's side. I had to wait so long that my Burger King food went cold and my drink got warm. There was too much confusion and delays despite the long line, with orders piling up on the workers' side without anyone taking action to expedite the process.
Sharline worst cashier I asked for fries and gave me mash potatoes pad service talking to other Co worker while taking my order and ived waited like 10 mnts to have my order taken to me everyone else seem to be working fine except sharline ived lasted like 20mns in the store while there was only 2 person in front of me
Bad service, the food is salty and they took long giving me my order, I asked a man when it was done and he ignored me. I would give them no star but I don't have a choice
