The guy was very rude and sounded annoyed with me and my order 2 seconds in. He rushed my order and cut me off a handfull of times. When I get to the window I tell him he was very. He tells me sorry the one taking the order was the manager!! The manager!!! I told him ok I'll just cancel my order then. He calls the manager and he tells me he wasn't rude. That he has withnesses. The staff at Popeyes are extremely friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated that they spoke Spanish. I ordered several different combos with a variety of sides, and everything was correct. The food tasted great overall. However, the shrimp were a bit small and overly breaded, although the rest of the meal was enjoyable. The shrimp also comes with cocktail sauce, and if you order it with chicken, you receive an extra sauce. Additionally, I noticed that the ladies' restroom was out of paper, but after I mentioned it, an employee promptly brought in two rolls.

If you arrive up to an hour before closing they will not make you your sides because it inconveniences them. I understand that the employees want to clean early so that they can leave but when they won't give you the particular sides you paid for, itreflects poorly on the business. I will not be returning to this location.

Place was semi pack when we went. Staff and manager very easy to talk with. A little pricey but not bad. Chicken Stripes were crispy, popcorn shrimp was good fries were a little cold but still crispy but the surprise was the banana cream pie was sweet Iwould recommend to try it
Super ghetto! You walk in everyone is staring at you and no one greets you. tThen they call someone from the back to take my order while two young ladies are just again staring. All of sudden one of the cooks yells out obscenities to another staff member. Just awkward
At Popeyes, I ordered the striped fish with mashed potatoes. I also tried their new blackened ranch dressing from the menu, and it’s fantastic! It offers a completely unique flavor compared to traditional ranch.
The food is fantastic, but the service could use improvement. My meal was ready in just 8 minutes, yet I ended up waiting another 30 minutes with no updates.

Don't even bother, just go to golden chick down the street. Subpar at best and inferior to every single chicken spot in the RGV.
