Also, the OWNER, who does not seem to care , replies to all negative reviews with the same copy and paste response! What a total waste of a reputable business franchise that has a choice location! I've never written a review before, but I've visited this location two times in a row and experienced the same issue. Both times, I was told they couldn't cook chicken because they needed to filter the fryer. They mentioned that everything was burning, which makes me think they don’t filter the fryer often enough during the week to prevent this problem. As a kitchen manager, I can appreciate that things can go wrong, but having this happen twice in a row at the same location is concerning. It really reflects poorly on your business.
Popeyes chicken is consistently served fresh, with the chicken typically being no more than two hours old and often fried within the last 15 minutes, which enhances its delightful taste. Additionally, they frequently change the frying oil, setting them apart from many other restaurants, so the food maintains a pleasant flavor without any bitterness. Most of the side dishes are vibrant and tasty, and the sandwiches are exceptional. On top of that, the service is both friendly and attentive.

When I ordered the meal special, the employee seemed unsure of what it included and asked me to hold on again, which added another two minutes before my order was finally taken.
The chicken I received was old and inedible, though everything else was acceptable. Looking at the picture, would you be tempted to eat that? It's definitely not what I usually expect. After this experience, I won’t be returning.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The cashier even offered us three regular-sized containers since they had run out of large ones, which ended up giving us a bit more food! The dishes were fresh, hot, and delicious, just like the pictures show. Additionally, the location is very convenient, right next to the Cellular Phone Store, making it an even better choice for us now!

Always short staffed which make the wait extremely long. Have to visit this place alot for deliveries and always dread it.
