I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant! I stopped here while traveling and deeply regret my decision. The place is in poor condition—there are leaks in the ceiling, and water was everywhere on the tables, floors, and bar counters. The ceiling needs a complete overhaul. I noticed mildew, cobwebs, dust, and dirt in the window booths. The staff appeared unhappy and seemed annoyed that customers opted to dine in instead of using the drive-thru. The food was dry and unappetizing. The franchise owner really ought to be embarrassed.

I ordered a large mac and cheese, but they served me three half-sized portions instead. I wouldn't have minded so much if the mac and cheese didn't look like it had been sitting out from a previous order—clumpy and cold. Everything else was fine, I guess.
I have a big mac-n cheese and they gave me 3 half a normal size. I wouldn't be mad if the mac n-cheese didn't look like he disappeared from a previous order. chubby and cold. everything else was good, I suppose

I absolutely enjoyed the entire experience. The restaurant was spotless, the food was delicious, and the customer service was outstanding! I hope every Popeyes location can meet these high standards.
Waited in line with only 1 car ahead of me for an hour. Couldn't leave because I had already paid through app. Workers laughed and said wow. Opened bag. Chicken cold, hard and burned.
