I visited for the first time last night and was completely blown away by the flavor of the chicken. I ordered the 8-piece family meal along with an extra side. The staff was incredibly friendly, even though it was Valentine's Day. The woman at the drive-thru window generously provided extra sauce packets too. Once I got home to eat, I was amazed that I had never tried this before; it’s truly the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. The hot sauce was so addictive that I ended up drenching my chicken in it. I can't wait to try their famous chicken sandwich next!
The location is somewhat difficult to reach because of nearby construction and the presence of homeless people. The food is usually good, with errors being uncommon. However, the service is rather basic, as the staff aren’t very personable when taking orders or delivering food. Overall, it offers a typical fast food experience.
This restaurant can be a bit hit or miss. The food is fantastic when it's served hot, but I've found that the apple pies are frequently served cold, which makes them less enjoyable. Additionally, there have been times when they have forgotten items from my order.
