Popeyes is a fast food chain, let’s start there when considering ratings. I’ve gone to this Popeyes the last 10 years every 3-4 months with no issues. Today, it was busy and for the first time they made me park to wait for my food. And they took a very long time, but one of the employees (forgot her name but the one with the curly hair) was very nice and apologetic about it. Even gave me a cheesecake for the wait, which I didn’t know existed. Let me tell you, that cheesecake was amazing! As well as my lunch.
I visited Popeyes and was impressed by the delicious food and excellent customer service. The ladies worked together seamlessly, so a special shoutout to Skylar, Gia, and Leslie. You've definitely gained a loyal customer, and I highly recommend this restaurant if you find yourself in the Long Beach area. It's the place to go!
On September 13, 2022, I had the popcorn shrimp combo, and it was delicious! The gentleman who assisted me was very kind as well. I felt that my lemonade could have been a bit sweeter, but it’s not a big deal. I'm supporting you all, especially in that challenging area of Long Beach.
The restaurant was extremely clean, and the staff was very attentive, offering options and suggestions without being asked. I was quite happy with the level of service. However, the parking situation is quite limited and compact.

Why do I have to pay more to get 2 Mac and cheese in my 16 pcs family meal when it comes with 3 side orders already? I wanted 2 Mac and cheese and 1 mashed potatoes. They wanted to charge me extra for the cheese they said ?
