This was a Sunday morning close to noon when I got my chicken meal. Customer service was great and my wait wasn't too bad, because I got there before the church services were let out. The food was out when I received it. When I got to my father'shouse I was very disappointed because the 10 pc chicken they gave me was was over cooked dried chicken. This location is a hitor miss you never know what you'll get and that is why I don't come often to it. But I wanted to treat my father. Boy was Iwrong.. Popeyes you've gotta do better. Folks are sacrificing their money to treat themselves on/off and to give you business.We deserve better. Good food and good service is becoming rare these days.
During my recent drive-thru visit to Popeyes, Elliott greeted me with a warm "Welcome back to Popeyes!" which made me feel genuinely appreciated, especially since I had just dined at a Popeyes in Texas. He carefully confirmed my order and repeated it back to me to ensure accuracy. I decided to have roasted chicken for breakfast at 10 a.m., and I felt completely at ease with my choice! Thank you, Elliott! I'll definitely be returning!
I have been a loyal customer for almost about 4 years and I have never been treated like a no paying customer. I went in today at about 6:50 pm and the manager on shift didn't want to sell me in the lobby seeing this close closes at 10pm this guy is ahorrible worker Popeyes is loosing customers on how their new workers act I can't believe the night shift female treats mebetter than a mean no customer accepting guy.
The driv thru is so small, too small for trucks like mine. Unfortunately had to park and I was on a little 30 min lunch break from work, so I didn't have long. Wasted half of it, parking, ordering, waiting and then trying to get out of this parkingspot/place. The spicy chicken sandwich had too much of the sauce on it, pickles are great though and the chicken is nice, butway too big.

Turkey was yummy good one thanksgiving.. But I used my credit card... Took the cashier a long time... To give me my card back from drive thru!!! Just keep a check on your bank statements.... .. They need to update that Popeye.. Or credit machine.. Weneed to be. able to. See what they are doing
I visited Popeyes around 6:40 PM and saw a frustrated customer walk in. A staff member named Kevin handled her situation and was remarkably patient and friendly throughout. I strongly suggest that management acknowledge his excellent service.
