This is definitely one of the worst Popeyes I've ever visited. While the location is often busy, the service is lacking. Half the time, my order has been incorrect, and it seems like this place doesn't prioritize good customer service. They don’t pay attention to what you’re ordering, the service feels hurried, they close early, and there’s a notable lack of care. If I were in leadership at Popeyes, I would seriously consider assessing how this location operates, possibly even sending in a mystery shopper. The food is decent, consistent with typical Popeyes standards, but the service is disappointing.
On my second visit to Popeyes, I ordered the same 8-piece chicken nugget meal along with the spicy chicken sandwich. This time, they got the chicken sandwich right, but I only received the nuggets—no fries or drink. Luckily, I double-checked my order, and when I pointed out the missing items, they were able to fix it. I only come to this Popeyes because it’s the closest location to me. If I had other options, I wouldn’t bother with this spot. If you decide to try Popeyes, make sure to carefully review your order from the menu before you leave!
I used the drive-thru and haven’t had a good experience at this location for years. After a year, I decided to try again, but sadly, nothing has improved. The food was disappointing—the biscuits were dry and had no butter, the chicken looked like it had been under a heat lamp all day, and they forgot the gravy that was supposed to come with the mashed potatoes. I had to repeat my simple order—an 8-piece family meal, dark meat, spicy, with mashed potatoes and gravy—several times. At this point, I’m done with this Popeyes.
This Popeyes location couldn’t even get a simple web order right, which explains the rating. Out of a 5-item order, 2 sandwiches were missing—showing a clear lack of attention to detail. Thankfully, Corporate issued a refund since the store didn’t even answer the phone. My promise to myself: never visit this Popeyes again.

We ordered from the drive-thru twice in three weeks, and both times there were significant errors with our orders. When we requested spicy items, we received mild ones, and when we asked for non-spicy options, we got spicy instead. It's clear that the staff could benefit from some proper training.
The fresh Atlantic salmon here is quite good! I also really enjoyed the salad. The dessert was just okay, but the cornbread was superb! The restaurant is beautiful as well.
We live in the Fillmore area and had been looking forward to a date night to try this restaurant. We were filled with excitement!
