The guy at the counter was incredibly rude. One of my worst experiences with customer service. I asked a question about one of their sandwiches, and he retorted with a snarky comment acting as if I was stupid. When my food came, he practically threw my food onto the counter.Look, I’ve worked multiple customer service jobs, I know how taxing it can be. However, this guy took it way too far. He has no personality at all and I hope he gets fired.
I had an incredible chicken sandwich from this place today! It was honestly one of the best Popeyes chicken sandwiches I've ever had. I visited on February 7, 2024, at 5:30 PM. This restaurant consistently serves delicious, hot chicken sandwiches, which I truly appreciate. Additionally, if you visit on Thursday afternoons, the food tends to be even better than on other days. The manager on Thursdays really knows how to do a fantastic job!
Probably the best fried chicken. Best buttermilk biscuits too.I also like the chicken tenders which are beaded just right and are nice and crispy. You can get them and the chicken spicy or mild.This location is pretty good at getting you in and out quickly. Friendly and courteous staff make you feel welcome... makes you look forward to returning often.
I used a voucher to order 3 spicy chicken strips, a side of red beans and rice, a biscuit, and a drink (I chose Fanta strawberry soda). The chicken strips were large and freshly fried, and I drizzled honey over them. This late lunch was absolutely delicious! Next time, I plan to add coleslaw and an apple cake to my meal. Always “forget” several items in our drive thru order. We literally never get our biscuits. They fill the small Mac and Cheese less than halfway… literally 2 bites. Very unfriendly employees there too. It’s like they put no effort into anything.
The food was warm, but not hot. The fries were mushy, and the chicken lacked flavor. They also charge extra for additional sauces. On the plus side, the service was quick. However, I don't plan on returning anytime soon.
This location is garbage and the food is terrible. the guy running drive thru on 2/3/24 was rude and condescending, tells people they “need to pay attention to the menu more”
Absolutely rude drive thru guy at the window today on 2/3/24 at around 3:18. Don't know why his miserable self is employed there. Book a table now
The selection of spices was excellent. I tried the chicken wings with ghost chili, and I will definitely give it another go.
