charged for 3 chicken sandwiches and only two. that was not spicy, that was simple. the food was cold, the rolls were so tender, and the staff was very rude and grumpy. has not offered any refund, only credit for the next time or picking up the missing item. And if I were from the city? what if I don't want to eat again there because it was a bad experience (what it was). I'm not gonna eat here any more than to get my average missing sandwich.

Okay, I have to admit, my assessment is pretty biased. I have eaten regularly at popeye, but I'm just ordering an article. I love her spicy chicken sandwich and that's all I've ever eaten. the chicken is always moist on the inside but super crisp on the outside. the spicy taste is introduced in the sauce, and I always order with extra (dill) pickle slices.

He's always good. the side is also good. it's good for the execution. they are always busy. be ready to wait for 10 to 15 minutes for her to eat. What I don't like is eating. the tables are always dirty and no one purifies them ever. Should there be someone responsible for cleaning the dinning floor/table? parking: parking space.

First time dining in at Popeyes in Palatine. Rude service. No welcome, no smile, no answers about food selections. 2 questions were answered by the cashier pointing at a sign and saying “it’s right there”. Not likely to dine here again. I’ll spend my money where my patronage is appreciated.
