Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

They are rude asl . Bad customer service ! Slow and the nerve to have attitudes when there is a complaint. This has happen multiple times and I’m fed up i go to this Popeyes cause it’s close to my home but i will go way across town now if i have to it makes no sense . I called and a female worker had an attitude about me trying to see about my dash order she then said it was already gone , so we text the dasher they said they never made it there so i called again and it was a diff female i asked for the worker i just spoke to about the door dash order not even 5 minutes ago from calling again she said hold on let Her check 3 minutes on hold then they hung up in my face . I called right back...

Previously it was the best in the city and it slowly falls apart. do not expect to smile or understand what the night trip thru says and expects an evil attitude when you tell her it is impossible to understand them. I said what I said and hope someone fixes it,

was for 37 minutes in the line because they only have 2 orders at a time. do not go through to prevent that stupid summer away inside. waiting for a 37 minutes, even taking my order is ridiculous. will not come back to this mülleimer

I have the chicken sandwich and the fries I have ordered, but they have charged my order when I did not request it and the sweet tee was unsweetened tee. So they charged my drink and didn't give me the right drink.

Always standing around not taking orders. Always long lines. I go there more than a lil. Waiting 30 minutes just for someone to take my order. It's always this way and there rude
