You can 't go wrong with Popeyes fried chicken. I think it is the best fried chicken compared to other fast food chicken establishments. The breading is flavorful, crunchy, and thick and the inside is always tender and juicy. Of course it isn 't healthy it 's the first fast food restaurant I 've been to that has a warning on their packaging but it is delicious. I have only ever used the drive thru at this location, but I rated ambiance based on the clientele outside in the area. I would not choose to eat inside at this location. I don 't know what is going on atthis location, but they seem to often be out of certain items. Maybe it 's due to the post pandemic worker shortages or supply chain...
I ordered some take-out from the store and when I got home with the food, I found that I had been given less a combo. Then I called the store, the staff admitted their mistake and promised to resupply me with a combo. When I went back to the store topick up my food, they gave me a box of what looked like sea food combo, but it was actually a box of fried dough! There arehardly any shrimp in the batter! It's just fried dough! Why do they do that? Because I exposed the fact that they werenegligent? Or is it just my last name?
We stopped by Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen for a quick snack for the kids during our trip. We ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and beignets for myself. I would have preferred a bit more powdered sugar on the small portion that came in the bag, as I had to dig around to find some. The place was busy, and the customer service was straightforward but not very warm.

The fries were just tossed in a bag without a container to keep them organized, the chicken sandwich was overly loaded with mayo and lacked pickles, and while it came with a napkin, there was no straw provided. The food was flavorful, but the customer service left a lot to be desired.
The popcorn shrimp was utterly overcooked and burnt! Every piece was tough and not a single shrimp was cooked properly. This is my first complaint about any restaurant, and it's simply unacceptable!
This trip was fast from start to finish, I just love that the food is cooked and ready to buy when you are in a hurry. Staff were professional and competent and very fast, thank you
I ordered the Ghost Pepper wings for the second time this week, and they sent me the regular wings again. I'm very disappointed once more.

The ordering process was quick and smooth. But The chicken sandwich was not as remarkable as some other Popeye stores.
The chicken was exceptionally fresh, and the mashed potatoes were excellent.
