I usually have a great experience with the staff, but tonight was frustrating. After waiting 30 minutes in line, the woman working the drive-thru was incredibly rude for no apparent reason. When my girlfriend placed her order, the lady just said, "Pull up," and when we mentioned we needed to get one more item, she reacted with, "OMG!" over the microphone. We decided to leave and went to Cook Out instead. I don't have anything against Popeyes in general, but I definitely have an issue with that one rude employee—I'm sure you'll recognize her if you hear her.
I absolutely love Popeyes! The mild chicken is always hot and incredibly delicious. I don't mind waiting for it at all. The tea is also fantastic. The employees at the Fayetteville Rd and New Bern Ave locations are so friendly that I often recommend both places. I find that a 2-piece white meat meal with one side and biscuits, along with a large tea, is definitely worth the $9.20. Overall, it's a great value. It's also child-friendly; kids will enjoy it, and there’s a parking space available for those who need wheelchair accessibility.
I ordered two combo meals, one for myself and one for my wife. Right away, I realized that the side of mashed potatoes and an extra biscuit were missing, which forced us to share a small portion of mac and cheese. The diet drinks we received were flat and watered down. Although the flavor of the new 6-piece wings combo was okay, the wings didn't taste fresh. Overall, it felt like I wasted nearly $30.
I placed an order through Turkish but couldn’t reach anyone despite trying for 30 minutes—it was just a recording. Previously, I spoke to someone who made some dubious offers, but this time there was no response at all. I never received a separate order confirmation, and my large order was repeatedly ignored. They clearly don’t pay proper attention to the orders placed.

Extremely unpleasant experience. Be cautious if you visit when a particular Caucasian employee is working. He handles food without wearing gloves and was seen wiping his mouth while preparing orders. He talks loudly and appears to contaminate the food with saliva. If he's on shift, it might be best to avoid ordering, as your food could be unsanitary.
The spicy chicken sandwich was a huge letdown—there was way too much sauce on it. After such a long wait, I was really disappointed. On the bright side, the staff were polite. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back. Sorry, Popeyes! Food: 1/5
This was my third time ordering from this Popeyes, and unfortunately, I was really let down by the food. It wasn’t fresh, and the biscuit was cold. I also got sweet tea, but it tasted overly sweet, like sugar water. I won't be coming back.
Sarah was fantastic in taking our orders, and the gentleman at the window was very courteous. I will definitely be back!

I was not given the fries that were supposed to come with my dinner, and I didn’t receive the Cinnamon Apple Pie either.
The chicken was fresh, perfectly crispy, and impeccable as usual!
