During my first visit, I ordered nuggets and fries but only received the nuggets. I drove home and decided it wasn’t worth the hassle. On my second visit, I waited 30 minutes in line only to get home and discover that I had the wrong order. When I called to get a replacement, they told me I had to return to the restaurant, and they couldn't issue a refund. So, I drove back and then waited another 20 minutes for the correct order.
Fast food is supposed to be quick, so I didn't think this was too much to ask. It seems that taking their time actually leads to more mistakes. There were maybe three cars ahead of me in line, so there was really no excuse for such a long wait. I was willing to ove...
Basically …there was a FLY IN MY FOOD and a biscuit had bite marks in it. I ordered it late last night (1first mistake) and by the time it got here i was tired so i figured id eat it when i got off work tonight. Luckily i took a good look at it before i ate anything.. now the fly was under the wrapping paper but still in the box and giving customers a side of flies instead of the cajun fries i ordered sounds like the store is overdue for a health inspection ?I hope you dont order there after seeing this.
Slow service and they got the order wrong, even after I repeated my order at the window while I was paying. This has happened the last 4 times I have gone there. So sad, this use to be the best Popeyes on this side of town.Now it is just as bad as the others. Looks like it's back to KFC.
Always fresh food throughout the years went there today hadn't been there in a good while and they are Beyond five stars in my opinion but we really enjoyed the meals tonight it was really a good treat so kudos to Popeyes on Clark Avenue thank you

All the food was fresh and the hospitality was on point. The team worked well with each other and got costumers in and out with ease. I’m not from around here but if I’m ever in the area I would go to this when and tell everyone else to too!
The food at both locations was delicious and served hot. They didn’t have honey available at the camp, but the jelly made for a great substitute. The service was decent given how busy it was during the evening.
A bit of a wait but the chicken was hot and fresh and the nice black lady at the counter even thru in a couple cold apple sauce squeeze pouches for the kids! Really came in handy on a hot summer day!
almost always I go there, my order is wrong, and they get an employment when I tell them that my order was wrong. I love that huh, but the workers need a better trade, white meat dark meat.

Fresh and hot! The drive-thru was quite busy when I went, so there was a bit of a wait. However, it was definitely worth it because of the delicious food and excellent service.
I love this place. I have turked and was wrong, went to store and they replaced my order. great customer service and great food!
