Good evening I stop by the Popeyes 15 min. Ago Order 5 piece tender combo with mashed potatoes and a doctor pepper drink and 3 piece chocolate beignet true the drive the gentleman said that it will take 5 min for the desert I said ok came to the window, and no Dr. Pepper I took 7up waited and he hand me my order. Got home ready to eat my meal and to my surprise I got a totally different order chicken sandwich, mash potatoes, fries and Mac and cheese!!! How difficult it is to give out the right Order??? This is the second time this has happened, I call 8 different times to complain but NO answer!!! What a shame Now you will loos a customer! Get your orders right please answer your phones!!
After leaving a youth basketball tournament a few coaches and several players stopped by Popeyes to eat. While eating we were subject to listening to the employees carry on conversation and constantly use profanities and obscene language. It was so bad that we decided to get up and leave without finishing our meals. There was absolutely no respect or care for us as customers. Owners/Management need to address this. This place should get zero stars in review. This review is about the Popeyes located at 1245 W. Normantown Rd. Romeoville IL near the Interstate 55.
This popeyes should be closed permanently. Got my order wrong AGAIN! second time in a week. I called and got no answer. Drove back to the store and as always the workers are disrespectful and rude. Guy I'm talking to being a total jerk. I asked for refund but was told I have to come back when manager is there. Customer service at that place is so bad. From now on I will take my business elsewhere. I will be calling their corporate office first thing monday morning to file a complaint.
Ordered a tender combo, received cold tenders, cold fries, stale biscuit, no sauce in the bag and there is cajun rice on the menu, to just find out it has was discontinued. The wait is extremely long, which I understand and am very patient, but after a very long wait, when you get cold, stale food, theres a problem. Book a table now
There Fish sandwich was so bad I didn't think it was edible. It was so over cooked it had no more fish in it. We went to the popeyes in Romeoville on Normentown. It was not even the sale price. Stick to chicken. If it would let me put a pic I would. That they don't let you do show there nasty food.
This popeyes here is the best one ive been to. Chicken here is juicy , they season their food good , and their food is fresh and hot. Came on my lunch break around 11am , i see all the bad reviews but my food was actually good. I would recommend coming to this one!
I have one thing to say: the strawberry biscuit is a true gem and deserves an award. I could easily eat a dozen of them! This particular location is the only one I visit. Please, do not ever get rid of the strawberry biscuits. Thank you!
