As I entered the store, I noticed that the service was exceptionally slow, with only one seemingly inexperienced employee manning the register, and no other cashiers available to help. After patiently waiting for more than 15 minutes without any sign of progress on my order, I politely inquired about its status. To my surprise, the associate treated me dismissively, claiming that I had just arrived and hadn't been waiting for more than a minute....
Today I went in after placing an order on the mobile app. It was confirmed and I even showed up almost 30 minutes after the order. Once I arrived and walked in; the young lady at the register did not stop to acknowledge me, I spoke up and attempted to get her attention but she just ignored me. There were two guys behind me and they even said something as well. Once she finally decided to give me attention she had a bad attitude and a mean look. I provided her my order number and name and even showed her my receipt from online. She stated she did not see my order and that it had not came in yet. Then asked did I just place my order. I told her no and that my order was placed almost 30 minutes...
People are very unprofessional, they get my orders wrong all the time, they've just charged me full price for 36 nuggets and they gave me 19 and the chicken was very bland and unseasoned, feels like the chicken has been microwaved left out for about 5 hours and microwaved again. If I could give 0 stars I would, never ordering from this store again
There was no A/C. The floors were extremely slick and slippery. We drove ten hours and ended up there for a 1 star experience. I couldn't even eat as I was so nauseous from it being hotter in the building than the outside.
