OK food, as per standard of franchise, there's better but could be worse.Terrible service and not well managed at all.Today I was picking up an order. I waited patiently by the cashiers, under a sign that says online order pickups, for the workers to acknowledge me. They did not. After a good 5 minutes I asked them whether they had any online orders ready to pickup, and said my name. The server did not say anything, she just picked up my order (which had been sitting there all the time I was there) and dropped it on the table in front of me in a rude way.I waited at a respectful distance for quite some time; I was polite when asking; and this is how you get treated? With contempt?I will neve...
I spent $45 on the Big Sandwich Bundle Family Meal and a Frozen Mango Lemonade, but I was quite disappointed. They didn't include the lemonade, and I only received one out of the four sandwiches I had paid for. The BBQ sauce I ordered was also missing. To top it off, I ordered a large fry, but the portion was only a quarter full. It's outrageous to spend $45 on food that feels like it should only cost about $15. What a waste of money.
Food was hot and tasty. The staff is very diversafied with friendly faces. Young and old as well as many different ethnenticities. Lots of parking, good size dining room with a power strip set up at the countertop bar. Bathrooms are clean andADA compliant. Very popular and busy yet food is quick and fresh. So many good things I see going right in this place.Drive-thru flows well also. Impressed.
There is no enthusiasm at this restaurant. All of the staff look oppressed, unhappy and unmotivated. The Mexican Manager who appears to speak very little English has a mean face and mean and unfriendly attitude.I only go to this location out of urgent convenience. There is no positive effort put into physical or food appearance, therfore the taste of the food is not very satisfying.

The customer service could use some improvement. The drive-thru employee didn't smile at all—does she dislike her job so much that she can't at least pretend to be friendly? She didn't acknowledge us when she handed over our food and closed the window without a smile or a thank you. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this restaurant, as I've had much better service elsewhere.
Not great. The line for the drive thru was pretty long, but moved very quickly. I ordered the nuggets and was given the wrong sauces. By the time I got home (I live 2 minutes away) the food was completely cold; far colder than it should have been if they had given me warm food at the window. The nuggets had clearly been sitting out for a while, but flavor-wise they weren’t bad.
The food appeared to be hurriedly made, lacking attention to detail. I asked for extra utensils but never got them. Our drinks were served without ice, and when I asked about the shortage, the staff member simply smiled and acknowledged it. I spent more than $70 on our meal and felt completely disrespected.
The food is delicious, but accessing the drive-thru can be tricky because of its small size. Cars frequently queue up from both directions, which creates quite a bit of congestion. I can't help but wonder what kind of engineer designed this layout!

Even though they said they didn't have cucumbers, they added pickles... unforgettable Popeyes...The chicken tenders weren't bad, but the nuggets were a little underwhelming.It's very different from Korean Popeyes.
The staff showed a terrible attitude towards the delivery personnel. The service is disappointing.
