I believe I visited on a particularly hectic day. I waited for five minutes at the register inside on a Sunday evening without being acknowledged. The staff seemed busy with drive-thru and mobile orders. Unfortunately, I left without having a meal. It would have been nice to receive some assistance. Maybe someone called out, leaving them short-staffed, or they might need to adjust employee hours to better meet demand. In any case, I would have appreciated a simple “We’ll be with you shortly” or even some eye contact from the staff. It doesn't seem like a bad place, just extremely busy.
I really like this location way better than the one off of Benson and Foothill. This location has a very friendly staff and the food is prepared fresh and hot. I drive an extra 3 miles to come to this location because they have amazing customerservice and the food is prepared fresh. I highly recommend you take the extra drive and avoid the one of Benson to come to thislocation. Better food and better service.
Extremely rude service by employees... First time visiting a Popeye's restaurant asked for a box of chicken I was shocked of how much the price was... Way overpriced and the flavor of the chicken did not amuse me nothing special at all..... Definitely notgoing back to any Popeyes franchise overpriced and the chicken was not even that good definitely thumbs down ????
The wings you see on the commercials are nothing like they serve. The sauce was not all over the wings but luckily the sauce was in a corner of the container I got my wings in. Seems like all the time I get Cajun fries they're lukewarm and not fresh and the lady at the window in the drive-through was not friendly and seemed like she didn't want to be there.

I don't expect fine dining from fast food drive up, but this was my worse Popeyes experience. Although the woman taking the order over the speaker seemed nice, she kept having us repeat the order, which was actually quite simple. The order was incorrect, the biscuit was hard as a rock and no one picks up the phone.
I’ve always been a fan of Popeyes, but my recent visit left me with serious food poisoning. I’m currently dealing with the aftermath and have to wear adult diapers while I recover. This experience was really disappointing. I missed a whole week of work. Please improve your food safety standards.
Ordered 4 chicken sandwiches, 3 were missing the Swiss cheese i ordered and payed for. Two were ordered with extra pickles and extra mayo. All sandwiches had 2 slices of pickles and no extra mayo. Place
I absolutely adore the chicken from Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen! I can't resist its delicious and fresh flavor. Their fries are fantastic as well, making the menu truly appealing.
