The service at this Popeyes location is abysmal - the staff is rude, unprofessional, and poorly trained. If this continues, the restaurant will surely lose customers. The way customers are treated at this specific location is unacceptable. We have experienced multiple instances of disrespectful behavior when placing orders, whether through the drive-thru or inside. The staff's attitude is unacceptable, as they have yelled at and harassed customers for simply asking questions about the menu. Popeyes, this behavior is shameful. As paying customers, we deserve to be treated with respect. We may need to escalate this issue to your company's office if improvements are not made.
Do NOT go there. The service sucked. The food sucked. It’s dirty if you go inside. Imagine what the back looks like. The chicken is completely dried up and taste disgusting. The food wasn’t even warm. I asked for mild and received spicy. I know, it’s hard for kids to be able to read these days. Save your money and support a local business. This has been multiple times I have tried this place. Just don’t go. I’d rather starve than to eat this hideous food. It’s ran by teen idiots, yes, I am mad. Anytime I order fries, they throw the fries in the bottom of the bag instead of putting them in the fry container. When told they say its the best we can go instead of putting the fries in the fry container. Has happened on multiple occasionsEdit: After trying to eat my food, it tastes like it has been sitting out for a while and reheated on multiple occasions. If you care about your health then dont come here. Plenty of other places nearby
live close so my family comes kinda often I work in food service so i UNDERSTAND. but definitely like the worst costumer service. mid food half the time they mess up your order. will charge you for TWO sauces on a FAMILY meal just overall lazy. will close a whole hr before time on site. and im not even saying this as like being a karen im 18 but save your money fr or go to another one nearby

The chicken was average, but that's what you come to expect from this restaurant. The service was okay, albeit a bit robotic. The food was freshly prepared. Despite placing a late order before closing, the quality of the food was surprisingly good. It's a rarity to find that level of freshness and taste in food these days.
I asked for no old chicken. Got home opened the box and half of it was so old, it was like chewing on leather. ?The fries were wet and soggy. ?. I paid $34 for trash!??
