I opened my mashed potatoes and they look like they were half eaten prior to me receiving them. I guess an employee said I don 't want the rest of these mashed potatoes and proceeded to put them in my bag. I also didn 't get a biscuit with my combo meal here, as other reviewers have expressed as well. At any other location the meal comes with it. The drive through employee also disregarded my thanks as he handed me my food. I don 't think service can get any worse than this. Congratulations to Popeyes in Hanover, MD for being the one to set a new standard in mediocracy. Oh well, at least any other place on earth will feel like a 5 star restaurant now.
As the third person in line, I expected to quickly place my order and be on my way. However, that was not the case. I ordered 8 popcorn chicken and a 12 popcorn chicken, but after 15 minutes of waiting and threatening to ask for a refund, my order was finally being prepared. The manager seemed more interested in chatting with customers and giving away free items, rather than ensuring timely service. I did eventually receive my order, but I would recommend trying Bar Burrito next door for better service and food quality. I would rate the service a 1 and the food a 5.
I was overcharged at this restaurant. When I questioned the total, I was told it was correct. MH Students need to improve. They were also not wearing gloves and had their fingers in cups. There was no option for zero stars.
Purchased a combo meal and didn’t receive a biscuit even though the menu says it comes with one. After I pointed that out to them, they still argued that it didn’t come with it.

The place was clean and the employees were fast with the food and even came around to ask how our food was and took our trays for us!
My husband loves the classic breast sandwich while the rest of us love the chicken. Not really my first choice for eating out.
Both Waze app and Google maps couldn't find this place. Brought us to an empty parking lot. Recommend more info
No matter when I go to this location my order is always wrong and the drive thru is 20 minutes or more in line

Food not cooked until well done and tasted old. Food should be fresh and thoroughly cooked. I won’t return.
Chicken wings small and dried out. Red beans and rice not so good. I am not going back!
