This Popeyes location is crowded with people who are only there to collect a paycheck. The food is of poor quality and often overcooked. Employees can be seen loitering outside, smoking and chatting with coworkers inside, which is unprofessional. The supervisor needs to pay more attention to this location. The Popeyes app mistakenly shows that this lot is closed, but it is actually open until 10:00 PM. Therefore, mobile orders cannot be placed. It seems like the employees here are not interested in making money and are possibly withholding deals from customers.
Omg....Where do I begin.. This needs a complete overhaul on the staff. I spent $51 for a 12 piece family meal. It tastes old and was pretty much not good to eat. The staff do not care about their customer's or they are under staffed and unhappy. Management needs to change. They either mess up your order so when you leave it's not right. They lack consistency quality control and real leadership. Laziness....Check your order before u leave hold this place accountable.
This location was awful and they lie. We ordered a 12 piece family meal asked if there would be breast. They said they were low so we said it if it would not include breast we said we did not want to get it if they didn’t have the breast so they said yes they could come up with 2. We got home there were zero breast. The chicken was undercooked greasy so greasy you couldn’t eat it. Very disappointing. A waste of $52 and a big waste of our time
Me and my family went and ate at this Popeyes and the food was pretty good but we were missing multiple things on are order and when we went to get them we waited an hour and just left without are missing food because we had to leave so basically Popeyes stole my money.

When placing an order for DoorDash pickup, the staff should make sure to read the order carefully. I received my order but did not receive the fries or my 3 drinks. Given the high prices we pay for what used to be good food, we expect our entire order to be correct.
Paid extra to get the family meal with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese, did not receive them. On a good note the chicken was hot and tasty. Not the first time that Popeyes has failed to get all the food to us. Will not order from them again.
Did mobile order, went through drive through to pick up asked us twice what we'd like to order, then started our order and forgot sauces etc ... maybe a FEI night but Lil disappointed from our previous visits. Won't stop us though.
We were told it would be a ten min late for our order, which was fine. When we got our order it was missing sauce and a biscuit, Mac was burnt and the chicken sandwich had parchment inside. Horrible.
