I visited this location on 11/29/22, and based on my previous experiences, I should have chosen a different restaurant. The service was lacking, and there was a noticeable language barrier with the lady at the drive-thru. I understand not everyone speaks the same language, but it would be better to have someone at the front who can communicate effectively. Additionally, my order was mixed up and incorrect. The wait time was excessively long, which is something they need to improve. I ordered a two-piece meal and paid $17, which feels way too high for what I received. I like this Popeyes, but to be honest some things that have ordered were not put into my takeout bag in which I had paid for. Not once but a few times. My suggestion is when you get your order to either check it at the window or find a parking spot andcheck to make sure you got everything you had ordered. Also make sure you got all the pieces of chicken you have ordered I hadfound pieces of chicken that didn't even look like chicken or any part of a chicken. So be careful when in doubt about a piecetake it back so you don't have to drive back. Other than that it is clean and the workers seem happy. I am giving this Popeyes 3stars would be 5 stars but until they do better at making sure order...

The cashiers here are unfriendly and seem unable to manage their emotions. If a customer asks for an extra honey mustard and has the 39 cents to pay for it, there's no need for them to act like they can't afford it or give them dirty looks. It's frustrating when they ignore me and don't return my 11 cents because they're letting their feelings get in the way. It's best if they leave their emotions outside of work, as it reflects poorly on their professionalism.

I’m really impressed with how well this location is managed. When we arrived, there was a long line of cars at the drive-thru, so we opted to place a mobile pickup order inside the store. Upon entering, we were greeted by the manager, who promptly instructed her staff to prepare our order. We were in and out within five minutes. The food was fresh and delicious. There are plenty of parking spaces in this shopping center. I give it an A+!
Maudi the late night manager on 9/5 is the absolute worst! Soo disrespectful and not apologetic at all for her staff (who was in the wrong for letting me in the line after asking her for her approval which she did and then making me wait 45 mins to not takemy order). Customer service and accountability was like 10x! Poorly run and simply rude/cowardly.
I always have a perfect experience with drive-thru orders at this location. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they consistently provide extra condiments. I've been coming to this place for years and highly recommend it!
I ordered an 8-piece nugget meal, but I was disappointed to find a free piece of burnt chicken and just two fries in the box. I drove all the way from Bellflower for this, and the food did not meet my expectations.
