Despite the location not being very old it is abismal. Hours are inconsistent, drive thru is often not working, property is unkempt, and they are regularly out of foods. Do not use the app for this location as they won 't get the order and won 't be able to scan . If you get inside and past all of that you will be greeted by employees who are extremely annoyed that you are there and they will have to work. We went in having placed an order online, having all the receipts and payment information to show, and their only response was they didn 't have it, and to be aggravated that we still wanted to place an order (and pay again! . This place will NOT get your order correct and they do NOT care!!!Horrible service. This place should be shut down! Went through the drive thru, got my order and they didn't give me the large French fries. This location must be under new management as of recent. My husband just came back home advising the food was fresh and ready to be served, service was excellent and there was no wait time. Great job Kennesaw Popeyes!!
I thought this place was under new management, so I decided to go back, WRONG!!! I got cold fries and old nuggets, the grease was old that the food was cooked in. Prices went up, quality still not good.
