You can decide whether to opt for the two-part special. I also ordered a chicken finger kids' meal. The bread was overwhelming—there seemed to be more bread than chicken. My child tried to eat it but got frustrated because the bread was too hard on their mouth. I tried to cut it up, but it didn’t help. Additionally, every time they introduce a new dessert, it sells out quickly, and then it takes a long time to restock. At the very least, they should update the menu to reflect what's actually available.
The food was okay, but the staff seemed a bit disorganized. I ordered a family meal with extra sides but was only charged for one of the two sides. I also had an issue with getting the wrong change. I noticed other customers were also complaining about missing items from their orders. When I asked for a refund the next day, they offered to replace the missing item instead. However, since we had already eaten most of the meal, I didn’t think that made sense. Eventually, I did get my money back.

I used the drive-thru at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen and had a quick, enjoyable experience. I was really hungry, so I was happy to get my food fast! The items from the menu were delicious, hot, and juicy—exactly how I like them. Would I recommend Popeyes? Absolutely! The staff provided outstanding service.
