I visited the drive-through and placed my order, then waited in line after paying. About five minutes later, a woman came to the window and informed me, "I don’t know if anyone told you, but there’s a wait." I asked how long the wait was, and she didn’t have an answer at first. After checking, she said it would be 25 minutes! I explained that I would have appreciated being informed earlier, as I couldn’t wait that long. I then went inside to request a refund, but they offered me a different item, like chicken tenders, instead. I declined and insisted on a refund. The staff told me I had to wait for the manager to return, but I reiterated that I needed my refund immediately as I had to leav...
I ordered 12 ghosts pepper wings and the wings were really good, they were hot fresh and crispy and I asked for a extra butter milk ranch sauce and he gave it to me with no problem, I will be coming back to this restaurant to get chicken when ever I’m in the area.
I had a wonderful experience at this Popeyes. I ordered a 16-piece family meal and was asked to wait a few extra minutes for fresh chicken to be prepared, which I was more than happy to do. The food was excellent, and the service was fantastic.
