This has to be one of the worst Popeyes! I live close by so I come here for the convenience. I’m done with this place. The problems with this particular location, is that it is that the problems are constant. No drinks are ever available! You’re forced to ask for the drink and they had only a few options available and it tastes like flavored water. Disgusting! The food, I’m not even going to talk about it. Just trust that it is at best a 50 chance you will get chicken that isn’t completely dried up or just plain inedible. Why is it that they don’t offer codes for this location when you fill out a survey? Is It the possibility that they don’t want you to say how bad it is in there? Nonetheles...
It's not worth the money for small pieces of chicken . The soda machine was not working, and I had to come back because they got my order wrong. The chaser was busy having a conversation with the other worker who was on break from across the room. I paid 11.00 for bad service and bad food. So when you have a crave for Popeyes, ignore it and go somewhere else.
The women on the intercom was rude. Gave us the wrong sandwich and when I drove back to get a new one they told me you didn 't say plain . I had a person next to me that confirmed I did. The manger was no help. Not our first problem here, we will not go back.
I ordered a 3-piece combo with 2 legs and a thigh, and requested it to be not spicy. However, I received 1 leg and 2 thighs, and the food was spicy. Additionally, the food wasn't very hot, suggesting it may have been sitting out for a while.

The food I ordered tasted as if it had been sitting out all day. In addition, the area where I sat to eat was not clean; it seemed like it hadn’t been wiped down or tidied up. On a positive note, the service was quick and friendly.
I always love this place what could I say. The only thing I don't like is they will not sell you a large frozen lemonade anymore.
If you visit the drive-thru when it’s raining, be prepared to get a little wet.
