Fries were extra crispy, definitely refried old fries, took 20 min for 3 sandwiches, would only take exact change or card, forgot our ranch and shorted one sandwich. Last time they were out of chicken other than nuggets and the time before that no gravy and sour tea. 3 strikes I can not keep going to this location. Will be finding another location. Male employee had his rear end leaning on the counter talking on a cell phone the majority of our 20 min wait but he got hungry and started shoveling a bowl of mac and cheese in his face all this at the front counter and was easily seen from the drive thru window probably why it took 20 min) after I notified the lady we were missing a sandwich she...

One of the WORST locations I have EVER been to! The inside is always locked even though it should be open. Drive-thru is always RIDICULOUSLY slow and staff aren’t the friendliest. They NEVER have sweet tea and sadly our order has gotten messed up more times than I care to say. Tonight was the last straw. We drove up to drive-thru to place an order and was greeted with a very long list of items that they didn’t have. We ended up not ordering anything because they didn’t have most of their menu items. This location needs an overhaul!!!

Clearly this location has major room for improvements all around. Not our first tough experience but tried to give the benefit of the doubt as everyone has bad days, but this experience was far worse than our last couple experiences. Willing to drive 10 miles out of our way to hopefully get better experience and food at next location.

The young lady that took the order is super rude nasty attitude ghetto this location needs manager at all times
