The customer service was awful. We waited almost an hour for two combo meals even though the restaurant wasn’t busy at all (9:30 pm on a Wednesday). The employee preparing our order showed no urgency and took an incredibly long time to get our food ready, even though everything was already pre-made. On top of that, she was eating while working. We received cups for fountain drinks, but all the machines were out of flavors. After waiting so long, our order was still incorrect. We were speechless, and the staff didn’t seem happy to be there.
The drive-thru line is consistently backed up since they only take one or two orders at a time, waiting for the previous customer to receive their food before taking the next one. This is incredibly frustrating. The staff is rude and unhelpful, and they often smell strongly of cannabis. I've seen multiple employees outside chatting, laughing, and even smoking each time I visit. I can only come on my days off due to the long lines. This place really needs improved management.
My order was unexpectedly incorrect, even though it was printed out. They confused my chicken order and also forgot to include the sauces. It's unusual to encounter issues with fast food, but this location had a mistake. On the bright side, the coleslaw was delicious, and they gave a generous portion of chicken.
05/14 12pm There was one guy working the store and one guy in the back. He was a tall black man with braids and I imagine he was the manager. The way he was running that store by himself was impressive. If I could, I would steal him for my restaurant. Give that man a raise, he's exceptional !!!

The chicken was well-cooked, but my order was incorrect. I had asked for spicy chicken tenders, but I ended up with the regular ones. Additionally, I requested sweet tea, but they served me unsweetened tea instead. While the food was decent, it didn't meet my expectations.
Got the ghost peper wings, and they were alright. They ran out of mac and cheese but replaced it with mash potatoes, which not a problem. The strawberry biscuit was delicious. Customer service was ok and good atmosphere.
I would give this restaurant a 5-star rating, but they consistently forget to include the sauces. It feels as if they know I request them but make no effort to include them in the bag. This is quite frustrating.
Got the shrimp basket and it didn't look like much at first but I kept finding more shrimp... ended up thinking that was a lot of food, age it was delicious. Good job, Popeye's. Order taker was very friendly.

This location is ok, each time I go, I get my order pretty quick, the staff is nice but not overly friendly. My order is always hot.
I ordered in store during rush hour. Drive thru line was super long. Got my order in quickly and my chicken shortly after.
