This location is not the Best, I went to the window to receive my Fiod and I asked for an extra biscuit didn't receive it. I also was had the window slammed in my face twice and when I asked to have my money back a refund he gave it back to in dimes as ask for the 2 dollars I gave him, and he said he has no idea what happened to it. He was so nasty to me for reason I just wanted dinner so I called corporate and a District Manager was suppose to get back to me 1 week later and no reply.
I placed an online order, and when I arrived, the staff were young and rude. They handed me my order in a box. I had ordered a family bundle, but the cookies were dry. I asked for new ones, but the staff pretended they didn't hear me. Everything was thrown into a bag, and it wasn't nicely packed; plus, I received no utensils or napkins. I won't be back here. I'd recommend going further down Route 46 to Fairview instead.
I placed an order through UberEats and received a note stating, "No spicy spread makes the sandwich NOT spicy." As a customer, I should be able to choose whatever I want, and I found that very disrespectful. Additionally, the food I received was quite old. No one assisted me or responded to my concerns. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
The chicken tenders were cold and had a strange gray mush on them. Be cautious with this Popeyes! I suspect that employees may be stealing card information, as someone tried to use my card while I still had it in my possession. Your card could be at risk! Avoid this location and pay with cash only! Book a table now
This restaurant has seriously lost its touch. The chicken, fries, and sandwiches were greasy and disorganized, almost as if they were hastily prepared. I used to be a big fan of Popeyes, but not anymore! I didn’t rate it with 5 stars; it automatically defaults to that when you select 1 star!
I've ordered from this restaurant several times, and I've never encountered any problems—except for the sauces. I always request extra and pay for them, but they never seem to arrive. The chicken is consistently delicious, and the fries are fantastic; I can't complain about those!
If you peek behind the counter in the warmer, you'll discover an endless supply of perfectly cooked, juicy chicken pieces. Whether you like white meat or dark meat, they've got you covered. It's truly outstanding!
We ordered a 12-piece chicken, but only received 12 chicken breasts. The taste was disappointing, and it was a very bad experience. Book a table now
