The lady who served today was so nice! She seemed down to earth, and acted in a way that was natural and not robotic at all (which is typical of fast food employees). The amazing thing is that when I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo, she didn 't bother to charge me extra for the Chilled Strawberry Lemonade. Popeyes is in my opinion the best fast food chain. Its greasy and tasty fried options are so delicious. In my head I idolize Popeyes. I am a definite lifetime fan of Popeyes. Haven't been here in awhile because of previous problems but I lost my mind and...Ordered online last night.Doors were locked when we arrived for pick up. ...so we had to wait in the drive thu.Order was wrong so had to wait in drive thru again.Got home, red beans and rice tasted like SOAP! Horrible! No one would eat them!Shorted 1 biscuit but that was fine because they were burnt and dry like a puck!Called the store, a woman who identified herself as the manager told me...well don't eat it if you don't like it and hung up! This was by far the worst Popeyes I've ever visited. I was served cold food, and the staff were extremely rude. I used to think all Popeyes locations were great, but this experience proved me wrong. I would be shocked if the employees here could pass a food safety inspection without help. I tried it once, and I will never return due to concerns about food safety. I hope the owner reads this and considers selling the location to someone who will hire better staff and prioritize customer care.
nasty disappears. I returned these popeyes 15 minutes after leaving the trip with the wrong order. the kerl on the theke began to sell each of the 9 pieces of chicken from the box I brought back with the others! I had to explain why he couldn't. he was completely worrying and did not understand that it was a health risk and simply careless. After I had brought him to this, I asked for a refund. will not go back.

Went through the drive-thru and you can barely hear the person on the other end. I asked the cashier to repeat the order and it was correct but when I got home, the 8pc family meal consisted a large side with 4 biscuits. The mash is NOT a large and didn’t get the fries. Tried giving them a 2nd chance because they’re in the neighborhood. Looks like I’ll continue to go to the one in Addison instead.
Asked for a frozen strawberry lemonade as is advertised on all the posters outside the location and was told they don't serve that at Popeyes. The cherry on top was getting the substitute drink incorrect as well. Better off going to a different location
The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and quick! I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my food arrived, especially since I've experienced longer wait times at other Popeyes locations. The place was well-maintained and spotless too!
The restaurant is open late, which means there can be a long line on weekends, so be prepared for that. However, the wait is definitely worth it. The staff is incredibly friendly and hardworking.

Trust the rating. These people can't get a single simple order right. You can't even expect a simple chicken sandwich with fries and a coke to be done right. Go somewhere else.
Really your doors were not open at dinner time tonight and then your employees coming in for the late shift were acting like they were in Chicago.
