We stopped by the greatest and happy chance in this restaurant my wife and I this Sunday, April 3 and we loved. As we traveled to the region ofannecy for the weekend, we had a heart to taste the savoyard culinary specialties and especially those with the fishes of the lake and this restaurant conquers us. Friture of perch nets of the lake ofannecy for Madame accompanied by a lemon cream and excellent dauphinois gratin; fillets (gent) of knight's omble delicately stirred with butter and cooked wonderfully accompanied by a small yarn of vegetables and a roasted tomato in the oven, this rare and delicate fish that sits on the tables of the starred restaurants was very frankly divine and offered...
