Very friendly museum which consists of 3 parts: The Musée de la Marine Nationale, which deals mainly with rescue at sea and exploration, the Museum of the Compagnie des Indes, which deals with its history since its creation until its end, and finally the Citadelle Port Louis that you can visit. During the visit, you can listen to comments via an audio guide. The visit is free. There are many illustrations, models, objects. The museum will be less attractive to children.
