Used a coupon from groupon here with a group of four one evening. Firstly, the female staff member that served us was rude, abrupt and could use some interpersonal training, not to mention a course in customer service. Ordered 3 pizzas, ragu, calamari, chips. Seemed very effortful for her - "I'll have to go and put all that through". Then ordered some oysters separately - " it has to be a different number - we can't use the same table number as a coupon number" - the male staff member on didn't have much customer service experience either, and it showed. If you want people to visit your establishment, rule number one is to make them feel welcomed - is that not obvious?? You don't have staff...

After a full refurb, what used to be the Marble Bar reopened this week as the Front Bar, a new venture from the Gregorskis of the Alliance in Spring Hill. Food, interior, service are all vastly improved. We both enjoyed our Friday lunch meals - chicken tacos & wood fired portabello mushroom parmy. Place was bustling & there's much needed new life in the air. Also keen to check out the new colonial bar upstairs! ???? --------------------------------------------------- 21.12.16 Goodbye work colleague. Hello farewell lunch. Food ✔️ General consensus was a good menu with much better food than we remember; impressed by the chicken burger with pineapple & bacon which was said to be...

I am surprised this has a 2.9 rating - the service was good, the food was great, wine list was pretty good, atmosphere was alive and busy (Friday lunch) - what's not to like? Prices were all good as well. Anyway- for me this was a great lunch destination, a top of the line pub dining experience.
Went here with a very large table and the service and food was great! We all have three courses and drinks, and service was quick and friendly. All courses looked and tasted amazing, with generous sizes. Will definitely be back and recommend!
Just had a superb three course meal here. Great service and atmosphere too. Had the oysters and then the veal cutlet. Good wine list too. For dessert we had the strawberry and meringue yum.
Okay, I'm not a local, and have only been to Brisbane a grand total of four times, but if there is one pub that I know and that is the Port Office (actually... Book a table now
What a find opposite my Stamford Hotel, great service, great bar menu and cold beer! Reasonable prices, great ambience, I went duck spring rolls and steak...

"The food was tasty. But everyone at our table immediately felt very ill. Almost instantly. The salmon was also a little to raw. The meat was quite a fatty cut"
