This restaurant exhibits a serious lack of professionalism. I would strongly recommend that military personnel visiting Newport or Middletown steer clear of this place. I placed my order two hours before closing time, but they deliberately delayed it and ultimately canceled it without notifying me. When I attempted to reach out for clarification, they ignored my calls. In my previous experiences picking up pizza from here, I found the staff to be quite unfriendly. Even when I tried to order for delivery to avoid their attitude, they failed to get it right. If you’re looking for pizza, I would suggest looking elsewhere, as you’re unlikely to receive it from this restaurant.
The food at Port is consistently good. However, we had a missing portion of our online order last night. When I contacted the restaurant, I expected to be directed to call doordash for a refund. To my surprise, the staff was very polite and explained that they were out of curly fries so they substituted regular fries. They also promised to send out our missing mozzarella sticks along with an additional order of fries. We eventually received the rest of our order along with a complimentary giant cookie as an apology. Thank you for your quick and professional handling of the situation. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman I spoke to. Thank you again!
I ordered a pizza about a month ago, and it was quite disappointing. I thought I would never return, but due to limited options on a Sunday night, I decided to give them another chance. I ordered chicken tenders and fries, thinking that they couldn't mess up something so simple. I was mistaken. They replaced the chicken tenders with boneless chicken wings and completely forgot the fries. The boneless wings were overcooked and honestly inedible. I paid $11 for a single bite of chicken. I've learned my lesson and will happily avoid this place in the future.
I was on the hunt for a new pizza spot, and I think I've found it! This place serves some of the best pizzas and grinders I've had. The delivery took a bit longer than expected, but it was definitely worth the wait. My only regret is not ordering a large pizza! The cheese and sauce were perfect. The delivery guy was also fantastic. I can't wait to have some extra cash so I can order again—it was absolutely delicious!

The restaurant has a kitchen-like setup, so dining in isn’t an option—only takeout. I often see two friendly staff members there. I ordered a small cheese pizza, and it was fantastic—truly the best! My husband consistently orders the cheese fries, which are also really tasty. However, parking is somewhat limited; there are just a few spots available right in front and on the side.
We placed an order, provided our credit card information, were informed of a one-hour wait time, waited for two hours, and when we attempted to contact them, they had already closed. They have not followed up with us regarding a refund. This is an unacceptable level of service.

Excellent pizza! We ordered the meat lovers and a pepperoni, and both were delicious! The crust is neither too thin nor overly thick, with a nice crispiness. This was a fantastic last-minute discovery on a Sunday evening.
