We had a wonderful dining experience and I highly recommend the seabass, which was beautifully presented and tasted fantastic. For dessert, we enjoyed the chocolate fondant, which was perfect and came with delicious ice cream. We finished our meal with an Irish coffee, which was also delightful. We've dined at this hotel many times, and the food has always been excellent.
Myself and several family members visited the hotel today for a birthday lunch and I could not recommend it enough! Absolutely brilliant service and the staff were very attentive and pleasant. There was a great choice of food available on the menu and each and every dish was presented beautifully and tasted even better. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!
We have just had our wedding in the portaferry hotel. Cannot fault it! Our day went exactly as we wanted it too and all the staff were brilliant. Special mention to Danielle who ensured our glasses were never empty and kept the day running smoothly , nothing was too much trouble for her. The food was gorgeous and the setting just perfect! Had lunch there today with 5 other relatives. Food was lovely and very reasonably priced. There was a great selection of desserts (too good). The only downfall was the service was a bit slow but I’m putting it down to young staff still learning to cope with the new way things have to be done to keep us safe. Book a table now
My niece and I visited today and had a wonderful lunch. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was friendly and warm. The prices were very reasonable for such fantastic dishes. We will definitely come back with more family and friends. Thank you! XOXO
Had a lovely overnight stay really couldn’t fault anything .. food was amazing.. haven’t had prawns this nice in a loooong time .. would highly recommend.. staff are so lovely.. xx Thankyou so much for a great time spent in this beautiful hotel x ????
