Portillo's is my top choice for takeout when I have guests and pizza just isn't an option. Their Italian beef sandwiches, pasta, salads, and cakes are always a hit with everyone. The food consistently impresses. My only issue is that they occasionally get minor details of our order wrong, like forgetting to include sweet peppers or jardinière, or missing an add-on we specified. However, when we've pointed out the missing items, they have adjusted the bill, which I really appreciate.
This is always the best spot for Italian beefs, hot dogs, and burgers. Recently, I discovered that they have started taking catering orders again after a break. The Penne alla Vodka is absolutely delicious. I'll definitely be back soon!
I will definitely lower my rating if they can't resolve the problem with the fries. There's literally a 50/50 chance you'll receive fries that you'll end up throwing away, even during busy times.
The salad I received was not fresh, as the lettuce was wilted. However, as soon as I mentioned this, the staff promptly addressed the issue and provided excellent customer service. Book a table now
