We went after dark to grab a Chicago style hot dog and Polish for someone who was visiting from Europe for the first time. The food was really good and the fries tasted really clean. The service was under par for sure. We went through the drive-thru and they were having a good time inside and it was almost like we were an afterthought sitting out in the driveway. But anyway the food still tasted good when we got it back to the hotel.
Great consistent food every visit! Love the Italian beef. Hotdogs are good too. Recommend: get their gift card deal of $10 free for every $50 spent (available only pre-Christmas), and use the $10 Avery of Caden first since they do expire in March.
I love portillos they have the best hamburger but when I ordered they got it wrong cheeseburger instead staff was unprofessional and this time around super disappointment ️
