I recently had an event catered by Portillo’s in Villa Park, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Ordering online was a breeze, and modifying my order was just as easy. Despite placing a large order, they managed to get every detail right. It was delivered right on time, and the woman who brought my order was incredibly pleasant. I've consistently had excellent service and delicious food at this location. I've been coming here for years, and I can't recall a single instance where my order was incorrect. The staff is always friendly, and I leave feeling happy after each visit.
The food was delicious and the employees were very nice. The decor along with the pictures and music gave it a going back in time feeling .. I loved it! Would definitely recommend people eat here!
