My boyfriend and I have been frequent customers of PHOP. We have always loved the food and atmosphere of this location. As of late, I have to say I’m disappointed with the service. Just today, my boyfriend and I placed an order. We purchased two sandwiches, a salad, and fries. We never received the salad and were still charged for this.If it was only that one mistake, I would not be writing this review. About a month ago, I bought a single piece of baklava which came to about $3.00. I picked this up after my significant other had placed a pretty large order. Placed a delivery order at 11:40am for 7 items, mostly salads. Confirmation email said it would be delivered by 12:24pm. It is now 1:04pm and I am still waiting for my delivery. If you don't have enough staff to run delivery, please don't make it available to your customers. Poor

I tried the Thanksgiving Pizza…It was delicious!!…Loved everything about it,didn’t even eat it until I got home.Will definitely order it again!!…Hubby had one piece and I ate the rest?

The food was okay, I guess... but I paid 65-70 dollars for 1 pizza and 2 subs. You're better off going to McDonald's

Best place good prices and big portions! Everyone is so nice and the food is so fresh
