I am very disappointed with my experience today. I placed my order at 12:28 PM, and it initially stated that the delivery would take 17 to 27 minutes. By 12:38, it was marked as going through a quality check, and that's when the tracker stopped updating. I called the restaurant twice, at 1:10 and 1:17 PM. Both times, the manager informed me that the delivery person was on their way, but when I asked for an estimated time of arrival since I had to leave for work, the manager refused to provide one. When I requested to cancel the order, he said there was nothing he could do. Additionally, although I signed up for text message updates, I received none. The food was decent, but the service left a lot to be desired. Instead of having the food delivered to my door, the driver called me to meet them. I typically go out of my way to provide a generous tip in hopes of receiving great service, but that didn’t work at this location. As someone who travels frequently for work, I can say this is the first time I’ve experienced this with Domino's. If you live or work near Raritan, NJ, don't be swayed by their commercials or advertising.

Pizza was delivered 1 hr 40 min later completely cold. I called the store and they told me they were short in staff like this is my problem. Then got a nonsense email claiming a free pizza for my bad experience but it was not valid and no way to apply to my order. Terrible will never ever order from there again. Stay away!

The staff was rude over the phone. There is a significant price difference between ordering online and ordering by phone, and they explained this to me in a very harsh manner.
