The posada (inn) is the only restaurant open for business year round. FYI, there is also a seasonal Sidreria (cider house) in Aldatz called the Martitxonea, which is open from mid-January to around 1 May. The posada is a large old traditional farmhouse (caserio) with thick stone walls, heavy oak beams, and original dark wooden floorboards. I believe they rent rooms upstairs, but be sure to check availability. The farmhouse is located in the outskirts of the small town of Aldatz which is surrounded by trees, farm fields and sheep.
